International networks
The firm advises and assists its clients on international and/or transnational issues and disputes, by having a firm grasp of the issues of private international law.
It has a network of preferred foreign contacts that it can instruct according to the requirements of the cases.
Since 2000, we have been the exclusive representative in France of the EUROPEAN LAW FIRM network (ELF www.european-law-firm.com).
Established in 1989 to meet the growing demand for legal advice across Europe, ELF was the first legal network to register in Brussels as an EEIG. It currently includes 27 countries, each represented by a single, recognised, long-established law firm, chosen for its expertise and proven experience, particularly in cross-border transactions.
The network enables its members to maintain close and lasting relationships with each other, by fostering immediate and targeted relationships for the benefit of their respective clients.
Xavier Lebrasseur is the coordinator and contact person for the network within the firm.
We are referenced in health law, insurance law and civil law within the
International Association of Lawyers (“UIA”).
Founded in 1927, the International Association of Lawyers is an international organisation of multilingual and multicultural lawyers with members in 100 countries.
Mathilde Merckx is the contact person for the International Association of Lawyers within the firm.
