Xavier LEBRASSEUR
Xavier Lebrasseur joined the firm in 2003, when he became a partner.
He specialises in industrial risks, construction law and product liability law, sectors where he has acquired extensive and recognised experience. He advises clients in business law, specifically contract law, thanks to his experience in the field.
He has been advising clients for over 28 years, in the varied fields of industry, construction, cosmetics, and in all forms of engineering, in both non-contentious and contentious matters. He acts for insurance companies, manufacturers, service providers and engineers.
He trained in and regularly works in mediation and advises his clients on ADR.
He is also responsible for developing the firm’s practice in Aix-en-Provence.
He oversees the relationship with the European Law Firm network of legal firms, which has a presence in over 25 countries in Europe and for which he acts as treasurer.

Professional background
Before joining Moureu Associés (now Alchimie Avocats), Xavier Lebrasseur worked for the French Agency for Business Creation (ANCE, Agence Nationale pour la Création d’Entreprises)
He lectured in company law at the University of Paris X-Nanterre for three years.
He was admitted to the Bar in 1995 and worked under Professor Michel Jeantin at the Hascoët-Jeantin-Trillat law firm, where he became a partner before joining Moureu Associés in 2003.
Academic background
Member of the Paris Bar (since 1995), Xavier Lebrasseur holds a Master of Advanced Studies in business law from the University of Paris X-Nanterre (top of the class in 1992) and a university module in corporate accounting from the Conservatoire National Arts & Metiers (CNAM).
