Paulina ENRIQUEZ
After studying Private Law, Business Law and Procedure at the University of Paris II - Pantheon Assas and at the University Paris X Nanterre (postgraduate diploma Litigation and Arbitration and Master of Advanced Studies in Private Law), and obtaining the CAPA (a post-graduate legal qualification required to practice as a barrister) in France and its equivalent in Spain, Paulina Enriquez was admitted to the Bar in 1997.
She is a member of the Paris and Madrid Bars.
She has practised in several law firms (including Lafarge Flecheux and SG Archibald - Andersen Legal), acting in contentious and non-contentious matters in distribution law, competition law and international contract law for French and Spanish clients. She joined Moureu Associés (now Alchimie Avocats) in January 2017 and acted on behalf of insurance companies and businesses, in the areas of plant protection product liability, construction, energy and steel.
Paulina specialises in litigation and expertise in industrial risk law, construction law, public liability law, plant protection regulations and business law.
