Diane COURTIER

 

 

Diane COURTIER holds a Master Degree in Healthcare and liability from PARIS DESCARTES University and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020. 

 

After her first professional experiences in the legal department of a large pharmaceutical company and in ADVANT ALTANA Lawfirm, where she notably handled complex litigation in relation with product liability, Diane COURTIER joined ALCHIMIE AVOCATS in December 2023.

She acts on behalf of the firm's clients in both litigation and non-litigation matters, specifically in liability, notably for defective products, life sciences and healthcare, industrial risks and construction work.
